Her photographs have a distinct underlying warmth and glow that not only lend to a nostalgic style but also feel quiet and comforting in their stillness.

She employes highly curated, neutral colour pallets which give her work a distinct timeless style. There is an underlying sense of humor throughout her works. Each is styled with often unexpected and surprising pairings that somehow feel as though the objects were always intended to be displayed together. The styling is effortless and highly intentional.

Some of her lighting techniques are ones I would love to investigate, particularly those that are clearly shot with light stationed behind a white Perspex. This creates a lovely glow and gives the glass shot a great transparency. This style of lighting would work well for some of my lighter bags and the styling I have planned for them.
